General Instructions
- Do not comment on anyone’s affirmations/mantras. This is the most important rule.
- Please enter your affirmation/mantra as a reply to these instructions by scrolling to the bottom of this page
- Please state your affirmations using the “I am…” format. “My…” is also acceptable. The main point here is to speak only about yourself.
- It is okay if your affirmation is the same as someone else’s!
- If you are a first time commenter on the blog, then I will have to moderate your first post but your posts will show up immediately thereafter.
- Of course, the objective here is not just lip service. Take the time to experience your affirmation or mantra and let it sink in.

Self-compassion Mantras –> http://www.mindfulselfcompassion.org/handouts/handouts040212/SelfCompassionMantra.pdf
I am courageous and ever hopeful.
I am worthy of love!
I am grateful for life, so I am feeling happy and peaceful for that.
I am hardworking and it’s okay to feel tired. May I show myself compassion and gratitude as I go through my day today.
I am enough.
I am resilient and no matter what happens I can make the best of it.
I am worthy, deserving, and courageous!
I will overcome these obstacles. I am worthy of a happy life with those I love.
I am a competent professional, and I have something to offer.
I am courageous.
I am strong in many ways. Allowing myself to feel scared and sad rather than running from it is part of my strength.
I am comfortable being patient.
I am still learning to accept my imperfection. I suffer when I impatiently rebel against myself for not having all the answers and all the willpower to do and be everything I want. I feel frustrated with being tired and running scared at times. But today i continue to practice acceptance, forgiveness, patience and persistence with the spirit of love for myself and the belief that I AM ENOUGH AND I AM WORTHY.
I am learning to stop internalizing and pass on the stress of those I love most, to myself. I am loving and supportive. I am working hard to accomplish my goals, even if I am still figuring out what they are.
I am loveable and worthy of love
I am learning to accept that every moment doesn’t have to be perfect, and it’s nothing against me.
I am grateful and hopeful. I have so much in my life to be grateful for especially the strength I have to deal with whatever comes way.
I am I. I am one with all. I am beautifully.
