General Instructions

  • Please enter your affirmation/mantra as a reply to these instructions by scrolling to the bottom of this page
  • Please state your affirmations using the “I am…” format. “My…” is also acceptable. The main point here is to speak only about yourself.
  • It is okay if your affirmation is the same as someone else’s!

    I am still learning to accept my imperfection. I suffer when I impatiently rebel against myself for not having all the answers and all the willpower to do and be everything I want. I feel frustrated with being tired and running scared at times. But today i continue to practice acceptance, forgiveness, patience and persistence with the spirit of love for myself and the belief that I AM ENOUGH AND I AM WORTHY.
